Welcome to Beatsfor.me ("the Platform"), a brand operated by THE AIGNC LLC, a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
Beatsfor.me provides a personalized music creation service. Songs are created using our proprietary professional music production technology. Each song is an original composition. We do not use, sample, or replicate any specific artist's voice or recordings. Songs are inspired by musical styles and genres as described by the customer, but they are entirely original works.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) this is one style of song and we cannot guarantee the exact result as prompted; (b) we do not use the same artist the customer may refer to — all compositions are original works inspired by musical styles; (c) the final product is a creative interpretation of your request, and subjective satisfaction is not guaranteed; (d) variations between what you envisioned and the delivered product are inherent to the creative process and do not constitute a defect.
All songs created through Beatsfor.me are and remain the intellectual property of THE AIGNC LLC. Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to listen to, download, and share the song for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may NOT: redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any song without prior written permission from THE AIGNC LLC. You may NOT claim authorship or ownership of any song created through our Platform. Any unauthorized commercial use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
You are solely responsible for all content, descriptions, names, and instructions you provide when placing an order. You warrant that your request does not: (a) infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (b) contain defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or unlawful content; (c) promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities; (d) impersonate any person or entity. THE AIGNC LLC is not liable for any misuse of the songs by the customer or any third party to whom the customer shares the content.
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. If we refuse or cannot process your order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds are available ONLY in cases of verified technical failure (e.g., song fails to generate, delivery error, or other technical malfunction). No refunds will be issued for subjective dissatisfaction, including but not limited to: not liking the song, the song not matching your expectations, stylistic preferences, or any other reason based on personal taste.
Refunds are available exclusively for verified technical failures, including but not limited to: • The song fails to generate or is not delivered • A technical error results in a corrupted or unplayable file • A system malfunction prevents order completion • Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error
We do NOT issue refunds for subjective dissatisfaction. This includes but is not limited to: • Not liking the style, tone, or sound of the song • The song not matching your exact expectations or vision • Preferences regarding voice, tempo, instrumentation, or arrangement • Any other reason based on personal taste or opinion By placing an order, you acknowledge that this is one style of song and we cannot guarantee the exact result as prompted. All songs are original compositions inspired by musical styles — we do not use the same artist the customer may refer to.
If we exercise our right to refuse or decline your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
To request a refund for a qualifying technical issue: 1. Email us at support@theaignc.com within 14 days of your purchase 2. Include your order number or payment confirmation 3. Describe the technical issue you experienced 4. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are final. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AIGNC LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (c) any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or any song created through it; (d) any claims by third parties arising from the customer's use or misuse of the songs. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE AIGNC LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any content you provide or request; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SONGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE AIGNC LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
